Our Facility

Moving Forward Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned private practice founded in 2006 with a mission to provide highest quality care to our patients.  The staff at Moving Forward PT provides patient centered care to individuals of all ages, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, acute and chronic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and sports injury management.

We offer the latest evidence-based manual techniques, exercises, modalities and equipment to help our clients through their rehabilitation process.

Moving Forward Physical Therapy is located inside Club 600/Home of CrossFit 600 at 65 Wiggins Ave, Bedford, MA. Our facility provides a private office for manual and hands-on treatments, as well as full access to the gym space and equipment, including cardio and weight machines, turf area, free weights, pull-up rigs and squat stations.

Meet the Team

Jane Karpovsky, MSPT

Founder

Jane Karpovsky graduated from Northeastern University in 2006 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.  She founded Moving Forward Physical Therapy in 2010 with a vision to provide highest quality care to her patients with focus on individualized evidence based approach, hands-on treatments, education training and injury prevention.  Jane is active in the Bedford community where she resides with her husband and two boys.

Andrea Wegner

Physical Therapy Assistant

Andrea earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology and Pre-Medical studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst before earning her Physical Therapist Assistants degree from North Shore Community College in 2011. While at UMass Amherst she also played on the Division I tennis team.

The experience of playing Division I athletics and dealing with several surgeries, Andrea understands the importance of rehabilitation and physical therapy to return to a normal healthy lifestyle. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is able to combine her Physical Therapy knowledge and Personal Training knowledge when working with patients.

Ariel Casso

Physical Therapy Assistant

Ariel is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant as well as CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 trainer. She is also certified in Burgener Strength L-1 Olympic Style Lifts. Ariel loves watching her patients achieve their goals and get back to the things they love.
