The annual incidence rate of injuries in runners is up to 55% and the majority of running injuries have been attributed to training errors, poor biomechanics, mileage and intensity.  Age, running shoes, and previous injuries have also contributed to injury prevalence in runners.

Running Injury Prevention Evaluation

Our Running Injury Prevention Evaluation is geared towards runners who are working through an injury or simply would like to improve their running performance.  A Physical Therapist will complete a musculoskeletal evaluation of your range of motion, posture, strength and flexibility, perform comprehensive video analysis, combined with your training habits and medical history, and identify inefficiencies in your running technique.  You will also receive an individualized recommendations along with stretches and exercises specific to each runner’s needs.
